We are so excited to launch our GCC delivery service alongside our Arabic Webiste! For those whom are new to our online shop, or online shopping in general, here are some basic steps to walk you through the process:

Step #1: Find a Product

Our selection is carefully categorized to make it easier for you to find what you need through the navigation bar. You can also use the search bar to have more specific results, perfect for when you already have a product in mind.

Step #2: Add to Cart

After finding the product you want to purchase, you can simply add it to cart using the button underneath the price. You can also click on the product for more information.

Step #3: Continue or Proceed

Once you add a product to your cart, you can either continue shopping, view your cart or proceed to checkout. Cart related options can be found by hovering your mouse over the cart section on the top right of the page.

Step #4: Review, Edit & Go

Through the cart page, you can view the items you added to the cart and either remove said items from your cart or adjust the quantity. Click the Checkout button to proceed with your order, once done.

Step #5: Shipping Information

On the “Checkout” page, enter the necessary information in regards to your billing address. Please provide a valid phone number and email address for us to contact you through. 

Step #6: Checkout

After reviewing your information and making sure that everything is correct, read our “Terms & Conditions” and check the box next to it if you agree to them. Once you agree to our terms & conditions, click the “Checkout” button.

Step #7: Order Confirmation

After placing your order, all that is left is for us to process it, check the availability of the products, and calculate the weight-based shipping cost for GCC orders.

Once done, we will contact you to confirm your order and provide you with the payment details for you to transfer the final amount.

Once confirmed and paid, you will receive your order within 3 to 5 working days.
