Shoyu is a mild Japanese soy sauce, which is made from soybeans, wheat and koji (a unique Japanese fungus). This shoyu is brewed in a very traditional way by Japanese people who have been making shoyu for generations. Shoyu fermentes for at least 18 months, and you can taste it! Delicious with (miso) soups, with soba and udon noodles, stir-fried dishes, or as a dipping sauce with sushi.
